Easy Passover Stuffing Recipe

Today we are going to make Stuffing recipe.  As we know Stuffing is one of the essential dish for holidays.

Cook’s Notes:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Bake for 1 hour uncovered

How To Make Stuffing – Easy Stuffing Recipe


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box of matzoh Farfel
  • 2 tbs of matzoh meal
  • Kosher salt (as much as needed)
  • 1 tbs garlic powder or more
  • 1 tbs oregano or more
  • Pepper as needed
  • 3/4 cup of a combination of red, orange, yellow, green (any color) peppers
  • 1/3 cup sliced mushrooms or more
  • 1/4 cup celery or more
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1.5 tbs poultry seasoning
  • 1 to 2 tbs canola oil

  • Heat a large skillet and add 1 tbs oil
  • Chop all veggies and onion into tiny pieces
  • Saute onions then add the mushrooms, peppers celery
  • Add spices
  • I sprinkle on and add salt and pepper, Then taste
  • Add matzoh meal to bind together
  • allow to cool
  • In a large bowl add matzoh Farfel
  • Add hot water and allow to stand for approximately 5 minutes
  • Place in strainer and push down to allow water to drain
  • Place in a large bowl
  • Place eggs on a bowl and whisk then add to matzoh Farfel
  • Once veggies are cool add to matzoh mixture, Mix to incorporate everything well
  • Add more salt or other spices if needed. You must taste to see!!
  • Add some oil to a large 9 x 13 Pyrex dish and wipe with a paper towel
  • Add mixture to the Pyrex dish
  • Bake for an hour and serve
  • Or you can make a few days ahead or freeze too!
